Mandy has worked in the care sector for many years, she has experience in multi-site management. Mandy has a wealth of experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, people living with dementia and older people’s services. Mandy is very focussed upon teamwork and outcomes for the individuals that she supports.

Debbie Howard – Deputy Manager

Debbie has worked in the care sector for a number of years she has provided support for people with learning disabilities, people living with dementia and worked in older people’s services. Debbie enjoys assisting individuals who she supports to achieve their potential.
